What are typical MOQ requirements?
Most partner factories start between 500 and 1,000 units, though we regularly negotiate trial runs of 100–300 units for new brands with a clear reorder plan.
Samples take 7–14 days. Mass production typically runs 25–40 days depending on tooling, materials and season, and we publish the schedule before deposit.
We inspect at three points: pre-production material checks, in-line checks at 30–50% output, and a pre-shipment AQL 2.5 inspection with a photo and video report.
Standard terms are 30% deposit and 70% against a passed pre-shipment inspection. Our service fee is invoiced separately and stated up front.
Sea freight runs 28–40 days door to door, rail to Europe 18–25 days, and air 5–8 days. We quote all three so you can balance cost against launch dates.
Yes — OEM tooling, custom colours, logo printing, retail packaging and barcode compliance are all managed in-house with your artwork files.
We use bilingual NNN agreements, split production where sensible, and register your trademark in China before samples go into production.
